Last Friday night I was lucky enough to attend the VIP event where Ruby Rose announced the new face of enex100. I am happy to say that the lucky winner was makeup artist and hair model Grace Inouel. I had a chat with Grace before the winner was declared. Not only is she gorgeous but she is a genuinely lovely person.

The judges had a hard time choosing a winner, with Ruby Rose being handed the envelope at the last minute. Grace was shocked, shedding tears of joy. Only earlier that day she had been joking with a friend on what she might spend the money on if she won, all the while thinking it wasn't going to happen.

After meeting her I was in no doubt that Grace should win. I wish her all the best and I'm sure that this will lead to many more exciting opportunities. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Who will be the new face of enex100?

This Friday night the new face of enex100 will be announced, at the first 'Friday Night Live'.

After winding up supporting pop sensation Jessie J on her Australian tour, queen of multitasking; DJ, VJ, Designer, Musician, Producer, Singer and TV presenter, Ruby Rose will warm up crowds and get the party started as she plays an exclusive ‘Friday Night Live’ DJ set on the podium level of enex100 before launching the 2012 face of enex100.

Ruby will kick start Friday Night Live for the year, enex100’s entertainment offering designed to bring live music back into the city.

Hat Affair Loves... POUT - An Exhibition of High End Fashion Dolls by Australian Designers

Chadstone is currently celebrating the world exclusive, POUT, showcasing the talent of leading Australian Designers and new names on the fashion stage.

Fashion royalty dolls wear one off fashion creations, designed exclusively for this premiere event by Australia's leading fashion designers.

The miniature mannequins wear the latest Winter trends created by Nicola Finetti, Thurley, Alannah Hill, Decjuba, Arthur Galan, Camilla and Perth's own, Morrison.

The exhibition is on display in the Australian Fashion Mall, around the corner from the Pout exhibition. Pout is a world exclusive exhibition of high end Fashion Dolls by Integrity Toys and features a showcase of 50 couture quality, hand-crafted high end fashion dolls. The Fashion Royalty line on display was conceived and created by popular US Fashion Designer Jason Wu.

This gorgeous exhibition is only open until Sunday April 1st, so don't miss out!

This is turning out to be one busy month! 

The lovely ladies from the website We Love Perth, the definative guide to what's good in Perth, have asked me to be their guest blogger for April. I am also designing a range of hats and head pieces for local designer Fenella Peacock's S/S 2012 collection. More to be revealed later...

So sorry in advance, but my posts are not going to be as frequent this month. All I can say is, next month is going to be the one to watch out for...

Fashionista Fridays with Lilly Loves Tea...
